Holy Comforter is dedicated to teaching the word of God and equipping adults and children to take what is learned “in here” (in the church), “out there” (out into the world around us to teach others).

We do this in many different ways including, children’s Sunday School and Godly Play, Youth Confirmation and related events, Bible Study (including Cross Ways Adult Bible Study, Choir Ministry, WOW, SHAPE – a spiritual gifts assessment course, community projects, service, outreach & volunteer opportunities).

“GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES…” (Matthew 28:19) – Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, to the end of the age.

We are also home to one of the first pre-schools in Kingwood. We have a mother’s day out program and a wonderful pre-kindergarten program for children ages 2 – 5.  We will offer full time options in fall of 2010, with before and after care available.  Click here for more details.
