Extended afternoons ( 2:15-6:00)
2 days per week - $100.00 per month
3 days per week- $120.00 per month
4 days per week- $150.00 per month
5 days per week- $180.00 per month
Daily drop in care will be available if space is available. Drop in fee is $8.00 per hour. Drop in fee will be charged for any child not enrolled in the early morning or afternoon care program between the hours of 7am-8:45am and from 2:15-6pm. Please contact the Director if your child will be dropping in to make sure that space is available.
Discounts:
A $10.00 monthly tuition discount is given to all Holy Comforter Lutheran Church members. A $10.00 monthly tuition discount is given to additional siblings enrolled in the Early Childhood Program at the same time. If both situations apply, only one discount is given. A 5% discount will be given if tuition for entire year is paid in September.
Please note:
****A $10.00 late fee is charged of tuition is paid after the 10th of the month.
**** A $25.00 fee is charged for returned checks

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. A 5% discount will be given to families that pay the entire year tuition in September.
2. Tuition may be direct deposited using our Simply Giving Program. click here to obtain the enrollment form. Fill it out and return to the Director’s office . * There is a $5.00 per month fee for this option.
3. You may use your online banking service and have payment directly to Holy Comforter Church School.

4. No cash payments allowed. Checks may be made out to Holy Comforter Lutheran Church School and given to the director or teacher prior to the 10th of each month.
