GriefShare, your journey from mourning to joy
GriefShare is a weekly seminar and non-denominational support group for people who are grieving the death of someone close. It’s a place to be around others who understand what you are feeling, learn valuable information about recovering from your grief and renew your hope for the future.
Each session includes a video seminar featuring some of the top experts on grief and recovery followed by participation in small group discussion. You will have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a loss and have the opportunity to share your own experience. Adolescent group may be available as need arises.

You are welcome to begin attending at any session. Each is ‘self-contained’ so that you do not have to attend in sequence. You will be able to continue with GriefShare through the next 13-week session and view any videos missed.

Dear Community Leader:
As a part of community outreach Holy Comforter Lutheran Church in Kingwood will be sponsoring the GriefShare grief recovery seminar and support group.
The 13 sessions will be offered weekly beginning August 13th 6:30-8:30 pm. at Holy Comforter Lutheran Church.
GriefShare is a video seminar series that features some of the nation’s foremost Christian experts on grief and recovery topics as seen from a biblical perspective. The video seminars are combined with support group discussion of the materials presented during the video.
The weekly support group is non-denominational and is intended for people grieving the death of someone close. It’s a place where someone can be around others who understand the pain of loss. At GriefShare valuable information will be shared to help someone through this difficult time.
