Would you like to learn how to turn a difficult conversation into a
discovery conversation?  Or how to recognize the pivotal moments when
conversations can turn around?  Well, here’s your chance to attend a
class titled /Compassion in Action/ (Being Effective in Emotionally
Difficult Conversations) which shows the art of communication with
people when difficult emotions arise.  It is compiled for a wide range
of audiences.  It will inspire more experienced caregivers/volunteers
and will show good examples for new caregivers/volunteers to learn
from.  This class will include a DVD presentation, discussion and
handouts.  The class will be held on *Tuesday, March 23, at 7 pm *in the
sancutary.  Everyone is invited to attend.  Please sign up in the
