- Sandwich Sunday is the first Sunday of the month. Please bring sandwiches, food items, toiletries, underclothes, small packages of condiments, water and shopping bags to make Sandwiches for the homeless. Also, consider volunteering to deliver the meals to Star of Hope. HELP NEEDED - We are currently looking for a NEW volunteer coordinator and people to help distribute food for this ministry. - Thanks to everyone who has brought in school supplies and $$$ for HAAM. We collected $460 and 7 large boxes of school supplies. If you would like to donate school supplies, you may do so August 6 through Monday, August 9 – 10am—6pm. at Homewood Suites, 23320 Hiway 59N. Thanks to everyone who has contributed to give our area school children the supplies they need to succeed.
